1. Reserve a small amount of flour for dusting (about ¾ of a tablespoon) Combine the rest of the flour, baking powder and pinch of sea salt in a bowl
2. Add the Greek Yoghurt (make sure you only add the thick yoghurt part, none of the natural liquid that sits on top) and 1 of the minced garlic cloves and mix with a silicone spatula until all ingredients combined and the sides of the bowl are clear (don't use hands for this part or the dough will stick to your hands). Once you have one big ball of dough, you can knead all together with hands before proceeding to the next steps.
3. Divide the dough into 6 equal sized balls.
4. Dust one ball of the dough with a little reserved flour - place in between wax paper or parchment paper. Then place a board or heavy saucepan on top and flatten down as much as you can into a flat circle.

1. In a small bowl, combine the yeast, sugar and water. Stir to dissolve sugar and set aside for a few minutes until it's foamy on top. Then stir in oil, yogurt, and the beaten egg until evenly combined.
2. In a medium bowl add 1 cup of flour and baking powder, whisk to combine. Add the bowl of wet ingredients to the flour mix and mix. Continue adding flour a half cup at a time until you can no longer stir it with spatula.
3. Turn the ball of dough out onto a well floured surface and knead the ball of dough for about 3 minutes, add flour when necessary to keep the dough from sticking (I ended up using about 3 cups of flour total). The dough should be smooth and soft but not sticky.
4. Place dough back in the bowel and loosely cover the dough with a slightly damp clean kitchen towel or top with plastic wrap. Let it rise for about 45 minutes or until about doubled in size.

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine your flour, salt (if using it) and Greek yogurt. Mix well, until combined. Then, use your hands to form a large ball of dough.
2. Lightly flour a wooden or kitchen surface. Sprinkle a little extra flour on top of the ball of dough, before transferring it to the floured surface. Flatten into a circular shape and divide into 8 even portions. Flatten each portion into a rectangular shape (like a classic Naan bread).
3. Heat a non-stick saucepan on medium heat. When hot, place flattened dough and cook for 3 minutes, before flipping and cooking a further 2 minutes. Repeat until all the naan bread is cooked.
4. Once cooked, if desired, lightly brush the tops of each naan bread with melted butter.
