1. In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, layer onion, carrots, mushrooms and beef. Sprinkle pepper over beef. In medium bowl, mix soup and tomato sauce; pour over beef.
2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
3. Place beef on serving platter. With slotted spoon, remove vegetables from cooker and spoon over beef. Stir gravy in cooker with wire whisk to blend. Serve gravy with beef.

1. Shake the steaks in flour in a gallon size zip lock bag to coat the steaks thoroughly with the flour.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan on medium high heat. Cook the steaks on each sides until slightly brown (approximately 3-5 minutes on each side). Transfer the steaks to the crock pot.
3. Put the remaining ingredients in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
4. Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy!
