1. Prep a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set this aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the sugar free peanut butter and oats. Set this bowl aside.
3. Next, in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil the butter and the milk. Whisk or stir the ingredients as they heat up to prevent burning or sitcking. Tip: spray your saucepan with a bit of nonstick before you add the ingredients. After the mixture has boiled for one minute, turn the heat off. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sugar alternative and the vanilla extract
4. Pour half of the ingredients from the saucepan over the first bowl with the peanut butter and oatmeal and stir a few times. Then blend in the remaining contents from the saucepan with the ingredients from the bowl.
