2. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool, then add to a small bowl or jug
3. In a large bowl add the warm water and runny honey and stir well to combine
4. Sprinkle the yeast over the warm water and give a gentle quick stir then allow it to sit somewhere warm and bloom for 5-10 minutes until the yeast looks foamy
