In a large bowl, mix the Chex, Cheerios, pretzels and M&M’s. Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and then melt in 30 second increments.
This Sticky Sweet and Salty Chex Mix gets its name for good reason! Once you start you just can’t stop. A simple syrup (with LOTS of butter) gets drizzled over corn Chex and studded with nuts and M&Ms. It is salty-sweet perfection! In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the corn syrup and sugar. Bring to a boil.
