4. Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until totally combined. Pour into the prepared pan and spread with a rubber spatula. Place into the middle of the oven and cook for 40 minutes.

3. Combine the eggs, half and half, salt, and pepper in a blender, then pour the egg mixture into the pie.
4. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture is set. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Store leftovers, covered, in the fridge.
