1. Put 8-10 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. This will prevent the skewers from catching on fire. You can also use metal skewers.
2. Add the shrimp to a gallon size zip bag.
3. Combine together the olive oil, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and ground red pepper. Set aside 1/4 cup of the marinade to baste the shrimp.
4. Pour the mixture into the zip lock bag over the shrimp. Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

1. Combine the prawns with the oil and spices. Mix well to ensure all the prawns are evenly coated.
2. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a large pot and add the garlic, lemon juice and spices. Allow to cook for a minute until fragrant then pour in the cream. Bring to a simmer and allow to cook for 5 minutes then remove from the heat. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly. The sauce needs to be a little too lemony and very well seasoned. Once the prawns are added, the sauce will mellow a bit.
3. Preheat the grill for 10-15 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they are coral/orange in color. As the prawns are cooked, add them to the pot with the sauce. Once all the prawns have been added, toss to coat the prawns in the sauce.
4. Serve over rice or with crusty bread.
