1. In a large cast iron skillet, brown 1 pound ground sausage over medium heat. Use a spatula to break the sausage into small crumble size pieces.
2. Once sausage is browned, drain off the grease.
3. Add sausage back to the skillet, add in diced peppers, minced onion and minced garlic.
4. Cook 5-7 minutes.
