Using bottom of floured metal measuring cup, flatten balls into 2 1/2-inch rounds.
4. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 20 minutes.
