While the oil gets hot whisk the flour, salt, paprika and garlic powder together in a large bowl. Coat the pork chops in the flour mixture and get them into the hot oil. Let the pork chops pan fry for 4-5 minutes on each side to brown and cook through completely.
2. While the pork chops cook combine the maple syrup, honey, Worcestershire and salt together in a medium sauce pan. Heat the mixture up over medium high heat until it comes to a gentle boil. Reduce it to a low simmer and let the sauce cook for 5 minutes or so. It should thicken. Take it off of the heat and let it cool, which will let it thicken some more. Dip the cooked pork chops in the glaze and serve them immediately! Enjoy!
