I say adding the parmesan cheese is a BIG mistake, it does not play well with the soy sauce and honey. Add 2 cups of pomegranate juice instead of the parmesan and this recipe would be fantastic. My pork roasts were amazingly tender and pulled apart like butter, but the sauce ruined the dish.
