1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and well combined
2. Spoon on top of lasagne pasta sheets, sprinkle with cheese and bake as normal for around 30-40 minutes.
3. If you follow Slimming World weigh 40g of 30% less fat grated cheddar to sprinkle on top, per portion, to have as a healthy extra choice but you could put however much you want on and count it as necessary.
