DirectionsStep1Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a 9-inch x 13-inch sheet pan with parchment paper or spray lightly with avocado oil spray.Step2To a food processor, add the bananas, egg and vanilla extract. Process until smooth than add the maple syrup and Greek yogurt.Step3Process again until smooth then add the oats, Gluten Free flour and baking soda. Mix until smooth.Step4Transfer the batter into the prepared sheet pan and smooth evenly with a spatula.Step5Bake at 350 F for 4o minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center clean.Step6Cool the cake 1 hour in the sheet pan before frosting.Step7After the cake cools fully, prepare the frosting by blending the cream cheese with maple syrup until smooth.Step8Frost the cake with a spatula. Add optional cinnamon on top if you like.
