4. While the chicken is baking, make the maple glaze. In a small saucepan, mix together the maple syrup, lemon juice and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted. Continue to simmer, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook until reduced by about half, about 4 minutes. Liberally baste the chicken with the reduced sauce and serve.
