This is the cinnamon raisin bread that I’ve been looking for! One that didn’t have the cinnamon swirl but included cinnamon and raisins. I used all purpose flour and it turned out great! I find it more dense then traditional white bread but that may have been the AP flour (I’ll try cake or bread flour next time).
