WEBDepends. If you dont mind having wrinklers and wrath cookies for a while, you can purchase One Mind right away. Usually on my first run (the only time that it's non-trivial when to get it) I like to be able to go all the way through without too much grinding and just buy Elder Covenant or Pact.
