2. Place the goat shoulder on a wire rack above a roasting pan with a bit of water at the bottom. Roast the goat shoulder at 325 degrees for about 4 hours, until the meat is fork tender.

4. When done, shred the goat with a fork right in the crock. Stir well then serve.
