So all we did was make enough rice to equal six servings. According to my rice package – this is 1.5 cups of dry rice. I first added the water, then dumped the taco seasoning into the water. Added the rice and let is cook for the 20 minutes and it came our perfectly! In fact, it was so good, that this is now our preferred Spanish rice.
