This black bean dip is anything but boring. It's blended with lots of garlic, jalapeño, and cheese, and then topped with even more cheese before baking. Pile on the delicious topping after baking for not only an addicting dip, but a gorgeous one, too!
Directions Puree two 14-ounce cans black beans (drained and rinsed), 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 cup each olive oil and lemon juice, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon ground cumin and a pinch each of salt and pepper in a food processor until almost smooth.
