1. In a medium size mixing bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
2. Using an electric mixer cream together the softened butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat for 3 minutes until smooth, fluffy and light beige in color.
3. Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Stop to scrape the bowl periodically so all of the ingredients fully combine.
4. Add sifted dry ingredients gradually while beating on low speed, mixing well between each addition. Repeat until all of the dry ingredients have been added, stopping to scrape the sides of the bowl as needed. Beat just until the ingredients are fully combined

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition and scraping down the sides as needed. Add milk and vanilla and beat until combined. Stir in flour mixture until just combined. Pour in all three chips and beat on slow speed until just combined.
4. Drop cookies by the rounded Tablespoonful onto the prepared cookie sheets, leaving an inch between them. Press the cookies down to about a 1/4 in thick. If you've got extra chips that fell to the bottom of the bowl, push those into the tops of the cookies.
