Stir in with bay leaf and thyme.Step6Reduce heat and let mixture simmer until liquid is reduced and flavors combine.Step7Stir occasionally and let simmer for 30 minutes.Step8Remove bay leaf and thyme then puree in a blender until smooth, in batches as needed.Step9Bring heat back to medium-low. Add the lobster tails.
