2. Heat the olive oil in a small or medium pan over a medium-high heat. Place the tuna steaks in the oil, seasoned sides down.
3. Cook the tuna steaks for about 4 minutes on this side - enough time to make the tuna a crisp, golden brown. Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 2 minutes on the other side. Once the tuna steaks are done cooking, set the pan aside to let the steaks rest.
