1. Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F, and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Spread Vegemite over the puff pastry sheet, then sprinkle grated cheese on top. Roll the pastry up tightly to form a log shape, then slice into 8 even pieces.
3. Place these slices on the prepared baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pastry is golden and flaky.
4. Alternatively you can cook these pinwheels in the air fryer. Place the pinwheels in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space in between each one, and cook on 180C / 350F for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pastry is golden and flaky.
