1. Mix together your flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Set this aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the butter and sugar alternative. When well blended, you can add the vanilla extract and then the eggs one at a time, stirring between additions.
3. Then stir in the dry ingredients from the medium bowl to the mixing bowl. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl as needed to blend the ingredients together.
4. Cover the cookie dough and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
