1. Sift the sprouted Ragi Flour once and keep it ready.
2. In a wide bowl, add the sprouted ragi flour,grated carrots, chopped onions, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
3. Mix all the ingredients first then add hot water to knead the dough. Make equal portions of the dough and rest it for 5 to 8 minutes (max 10 minutes).
4. After the dough has rested, lay a piece of parchment paper or baking paper on the kitchen counter. The paper should be big enough to be lifted and placed on the hot griddle.
