1. Preheat oven to 180 C / 355 F.

Even though quinoa flour has fewer carbs than wheat flour, I still would not recommend it for a keto diet. To make your own quinoa flour at home, blend 1/2 cup of quinoa flour in a spice grinder or coffee grinder for 1 minute, or until blended into a fine powder. Is almond flour or quinoa flour better for you?

Compared to quinoa flour, almond flour is a much better choice for the keto diet. In fact, one-quarter cup of almond flour contains only 6 total carbs with 3 grams of fiber.
