2. Meanwhile, heat another pan over low heat. Add water to it and let it boil. When it starts boiling add sugar and stir well.
3. When semolina (sooji) turns light brown, add green cardamom powder and sugar solution to it. Stir well until sooji combines with the mixture. Lastly, garnish it with almonds and serve hot.

With the skillet on the stove, add cardamom powder, then add water-sugar solution slowly, stirring with a spoon and allow the water to evaporate (it would take about 5-7 minute). Garnish with slivered almonds.
3. Garnish with a few grated almond pieces.
