Low Carb Pumpkin Bread Recipe - Easy Keto Diet Pumpkin Bread With Coconut Flour. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a loaf tin with well greased baking paper. Melt the butter and then pour it into a bowl. Whisk in the pumpkin puree and eggs.
Preheat the oven to 350 and make sure your oven rack is in the center. Line 2 bread pans with parchment paper. Grease both pans. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, blend the erythritol, softened butter, and softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and pumpkin puree and mix until well combined.
