DirectionsStep1Add the pork, ginger powder, garlic powder, green onion, salt, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce to a large bowl. Mix until the ingredients are combined.Step2Place 1 teaspoon of the meat mixture in the middle of a wrapper.Step3Dip your finger in a bowl of water and run it along the edges of the wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the meat mixture to form a triangle. Seal the wet edges together.Step4Fold the two bottom corners in and seal them with water pressing firmly.Step5Cover with a damp paper towel and repeat the steps to form all 40 wontons.Step6When you're ready to cook the wontons, put 6 cups of water into a pot and bring the water to a boil.Step7When the water comes to a boil, place 6-8 wontons into the boiling water.Step8When the wontons float to the top, the wontons should be cooked.
