Estimated Reading Time: 4 mins1. In a bowl, take 1 cup of gram-flour (Besan). Add salt per taste and 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder. Alternatively, you can also add 1 tsp of Red Chili Powder to make your Pithla spicier.
2. Add water slowly, whisking it continuously until the Besan forms a liquid paste. Make sure you whisk it right and there are no lumps left.
3. In a deep pan heat 1 tbsp of Oil. Add 1 tsp of Mustard Seeds and heat the oil until the mustard seeds crackle.
4. Add chopped or slit green chilies to the hot oil and cook them for a few seconds.
