4. Remove the tray with radishes from the oven after about 20 minutes of roasting and push the radishes to one side. Add the fish, pistachio side facing up. Bake for another 10-20 minutes, or until the fish just flakes when tested with a fork (this will vary greatly depending on the thickness of your fish so check early).
