1. Prepare the graham cracker crust, Preheat over to 375 degrees. Using the fork or the back of a spoon, to press the crumbs into the bottom and sides of a 9" deep-dish pie plate. Bake for 7 minutes. Cool.

3. In a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl, boil 2/3 cup water.
4. Once it boils, remove from microwave and add 3/4 of the lemon zest and the Jello to the water. Stir until Jello is dissolved.
