For the tarts: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper. On a lightly floured work surface, lay out the puff pastry. Cut the puff pastry sheets in half, making 4 rectangles. Place 2 puff pastry rectangles on each sheet pan. Set aside. Add the blueberries and strawberries to separate bowls.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine all of the crust ingredients in a medium bowl, press into 4 (4 inch) mini tart pans, transfer to oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden. Remove and let cool. Place the butter in a medium pot over low heat.
