3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cake is just starting to pull away from the sides of the pan, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove cake to a wire rack to begin cooling.
4. Meanwhile, make the glaze by combining the powdered sugar, pineapple juice and butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook and stir until the butter has melted.

4. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and slightly firm to the touch. Cool for 20 minutes and then invert onto a serving platter. Store leftovers in the fridge.
