Fill the jars to the very top making sure to cover the tomatoes completely. Place the lids on the jars and allow the jars to cool at room temperature for an hour. This will help to cook the tomatoes slightly so they are not raw. Place them directly into the refrigerator after an hour. Keep jars stored in the refrigerator until they are ready to serve.
