Bring a large pot of water to boil an d blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes or until crisp tender. Remove from the water and submerge in an ice bath to stop the cooking. In a large skillet over medium high heat, bring the ingredients for the garlic ginger sauce to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
Add the soy sauce (or coconut aminos), rice vinegar, chili paste, ginger, garlic, sweetener, and water and stir well to coat the green beans in the sauce. Continue cooking until the sauce has reduced down and most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from the heat and drizzle the green beans with a bit of sesame oil just before serving.
