3. Preheat the air fryer to 350 and give the basket a quick spray of nonstick. Place sliced pizza roll ups into the air fryer. You can spray the roll ups with olive oil. Air fry at 350° for five to seven minutes or until done. Serve with low carb pizza sauce or the dip of your choice (blue cheese or ranch dressing?).
