Allow them to cool for 5 minutes before adding to your food processor. **You may skip this step if you'd like BUT having the nuts roasted and warm is less work for the food processor**

Process another 2 minutes, at this point it would of turned into a thicker paste. Process another 1-2 minutes or until the peanut butter is smooth. Add the salt at this point, if desired.
    3. If consistency of the peanut butter is still slightly thick after processing for 5 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to the mixture, or until it reaches your desired consistency.
