2. In a large mixing bowl, combine together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar free powdered sugar. I use a paddle attachment and beat this until I get a smooth consistency. Fold in the whipped topping, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
3. Transfer the contents from the bowl to the pie crust. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Top the pie with your chocolate ganache (chopped nuts make a great topping over the ganache fyi). Chill this pie before serving. It should take a couple of hours to set. I will usually make more than one pie and then freeze them away. These pies last awhile in the freezer and make for great desserts later on as well.
