2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until well combined.
3. Spread the batter in the 9x13 baking pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until just set. But DO NOT overbake. They will firm up as the cool. Let cool before cutting into bars.
4. Store tightly covered on the counter for a day or two or freeze for up to a few weeks.

3. Melt chocolate chips and remaining coconut oil - either on the stove or in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring after each addition. (Be careful not to overheat so it doesn't burn). Mix until smooth and spread evenly on top of the peanut butter layer.
4. Chill in the refrigerator until completely firm, at least 2 hours. Cut into squares.Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
