DirectionsStep1Preheat your conventional oven to 350°F or 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.Step2Add in 2⁄3 cup peanut butter powder to a medium-sized bowl and gradually incorporate 1⁄3 cup of water, avoiding lumps. It should become a thick paste. Alternatively, just use 1 cup of regular peanut butter.Step3Mix in your sweetener of choice and a pinch of salt, keep mixing until it looks smooth, thick, and glossy. Enjoy a big spoonful. This is NOT optional Step4Mix in one egg, the mixture should be quite runny but still smooth and glossy.Step5Sift in the remaining 1⁄2 cup of peanut butter powder. Or mix it in and AVOID LUMPS AT ALL COST! It looks similar to your batter before the egg is added but makes a huge difference (trust me, I've tried )Step6Spoon heaped cookie batter onto the lined baking tray and bake for 10 - 13 minutes. If making the full PB2 version, create a circle of batter on the parchment (a little less thick than a finger) like how you would when ma…Step7Let cool on a baking rack for 5 minutes. If making the full PB2 version, the cookies will be slightly soft and appear rubbery, but they'll harden up beautifully in the fridge. Just refrigerate for at least 40 minutes for them …IngredientsIngredients1 cupPeanut Butter OR 2⁄3 Cup Peanut Butter Powder (+ 1/3 cup water)½ cupBaking Sweetener1 Egg½ cupPeanut Butter Powderadd pinchSaltNutritionalNutritional38 Calories0.1 gTotal Fat15 mgCholesterol3.7 gCarbohydrate74 mgSodium4.1 gProteinFrom imheatherr.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalFeedbackThanks!Tell us more

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or silicone mat.
    2. In a small mixing bowl add the eggs, vanilla and maple syrup and mix until it is combined. In a large mixing bowl add the oats, gluten-free flour, peanut butter powder, almond slivers, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and coconut oil. Mix well then add the combined eggs, vanilla and maple syrup mixture and mix until the oats are completely moist and coated. Cover and let it set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour so the moisture soaks into the oats and the oil hardens.
    3. Once the dough has hardened roll it into 2-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Then smash them down using the palm of your hand keeping each peanut butter oatmeal cookie about 1 inch apart still.
    4. Bake for 8-10 minutes and after they finish cooking immediately flatten with the spatula right after the peanut butter oatmeal cookies come out of the oven (to form a patty). Let cool 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack to cool completely.
