1. Heat 2 tbsps butter in a non-stick wok till it melts. Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add tomato, capsicum, cauliflower and salt, mix well, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
2. Add Kashmiri red chilli paste and pav bhaji masala and mix well. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
3. Add potatoes and fresh green peas and mix well. Add coriander leaves and 1 cup water, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Mash with a masher till well combined.
4. Add pasta and mix well. Add remaining butter and mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
