2. Spray the bottom of the pan with some olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
3. Slice the very top of the patty pan off and scrape out the seeds and center part of the squash, dice up the center parts of the squash you remove and set it aside.
4. Add chicken, cream cheese, diced inside of squash, cream cheese, chilies and chili powder to a pan and heat over medium heat until cream cheese is melted and everything is mixed well together.
