1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, set aside.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, onions, and garlic - saute for 3-5 minutes, until the onions are slightly translucent.

4. In the same pan used above, spray oil and pour the sauce and cook it for 10 minutes or so adding in salt, pepper and Italian mixed herbs.

Let fry in the oil for about 1 minute. Make sure your heat is on low and the oil doesn't get too hot. You don't want to burn the oil, nor the garlic.
4. Turn the fire off, then add the chili flakes. Let fry with the garlic with the residual heat of the pan.
