3. In a small clean bowl add breadcrumbs and spices. Stir well to combine. In a second small bowl beat eggs lightly with a fork. Add several onion rings to beaten eggs. Coat well. Transfer one onion ring to breadcrumb mixture, toss to coat. Remove and gently place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining onion slices.
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until desired crispness, watching carefully to not burn.
