If not, then knead a soft dough with wheat flour and 20 ml water. Divide the dough into 4 small balls and make 4 rotis/chapatis of it on a non-stick pan.
2. For the filling, in a bowl mix grated paneer, boiled green beans, carrots, chopped coriander, chopped onion, cumin seeds, lemon juice, salt and paprika together.
3. On a medium flame, take a saucepan, heat the oil and saute paneer mixture in it. As and when the mixture dries up, place it on the freshly prepared roti and wrap it carefully, so that the stuffing doesnt come out.
4. Serve the freshly prepared paneer wrap with green chutney or salsa and chips. Enjoy!
