Place fillets on pan and season liberally with seafood seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon quarters.
Firstly, preheat oven to 400. Blend the bell pepper, habanero, and onions. Then, add the ginger, garlic and any herbs of choice and blend. Secondly, add salt and stir. Then, clean the fish using lemon to reduce the fishy smell. After that, make shallow slices on the fish, about 3 – 4 on both sides.
Pour the lemon butter sauce over the fish and asparagus and top the fish with lemon slices (optional). Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish and asparagus are cooked. Fish is cooked when it flakes easily and the flesh is opaque, white throughout. Remove from the oven and serve.
