1. Heat oven to 450F.
2. In a large bowl or ziplock bag, combine the chicken thighs, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, spices and oil. Mix until fully combined and all the chicken is coated.
3. Lay chicken in a large baking dish and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is charred on the outside. Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
4. Serve chicken in pita bread along with shawarma sauce and veggies or on a salad.

4. Remove the chicken from the oven and use a sharp knife to thinly slice the chicken into thinly sliced pieces. If you’d like to give the chicken shawarma seared edges, you can transfer it to a skillet with its juice and saute until they start to brown, about 5 minutes. Be careful not to overcrowd the skillet though.
