2. Break up the Oreos in a food processor. Add the rum and vanilla, process. Add the milk. Process. Add the honey and process again.
3. By the time, all the cookie should be broken up, and you might have something that looks like black sand.
4. Remove from the food processor, and put it into the bowl of a stand mixer. Do not process any further, or you will burn out your motor.

2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper. Roll each ball in your hands and freeze for about 20 minutes.
3. In a medium size bowl melt the chocolate chips 30 seconds at a time until smooth and melted. Dip each ball into the chocolate and place on the parchment to let set. Top with crushed oreos is desired.
