1. Cream the first four ingredients together.
2. Then add the last ingredients one at a time mixing well.
3. Place on greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes (I just do 10 mins, I go for underdone rather than overdone).

  1. For the wet ingredients, use a whisk, beat pumpkin, egg, sugars, oil, vanilla, cinnamon all together in a medium bowl, until blended
  2. In another large bowl, add your dry ingredients by adding salt, baking soda, baking powder and flour together in a mixing bowl and then add to wet mixture and mix together until just combined.

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
      2. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices together. Set aside.
